Welcome to La Bergerie.
This spacious villa, just outside of the village of Callas in the Var-Provence, is available for rental and special arrangements. La Bergerie is the ideal place to spend your holiday if you like to wind down and enjoy the true Provence. This area has an average of 300 days of sun and a fantastic climate overall. The quite surroundings will give you the true feeling and smell of the Provence.
The stone land house offers a high level of privacy and a large swimming pool. The villa is completely equipped to house 8-10 people with a high level of privacy for the individual guests, due to the 3 bathrooms. There 4 bedrooms and the master bedroom can add a children's bed..
The house is situated on 6000m2 of land with a private driveway, there are no direct neighbors and there is enough parking space for multiple cars. There is a charging capability for Electric Vehicles available on the car park.
The pool 5 x 11 meters provides you will have enough place to enjoy the lovely weather. Remember this area in France enjoys 300+ days sun each year.
Interior
Living & Kitchen
The ground floor of La Bergerie has two sitting area's. The first is a lounge area with an open fireplace and the other sitting room is combined with the dining area. The modern kitchen is equipped with high quality equipment including 2 ovens, a dishwasher a refrigerator and a large induction cooking plate.
The Kitchen of La Bergerie has been renewed in 2016 and contains Siemens equipment. The large number of cabinets provides good storage space and keeps the kitchen tidy. The sink is equipped with a tap that is able to provide boiling watter.
The cookware is of high quality and will give you pleasure in cooking. The house is equipped with tableware and cutlery for 10 people.
Bedrooms:
All bedrooms at La Bergerie are locatedon the first and second floor of the villa. The bedrooms are all equipped with large beds (180x200) that can easily be separated. The Master bedroom is the largest of the 4 bedrooms and has an en-suite Bathroom. This bedroom has a seating area and room for an extra baby/child bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 both on the first floor share a bathroom. The room on the top floor (tower room) has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Mid-Week or long weekend Arrangements
For groups of Maximum 8 people we can offer a mid-week or long week-end stay based on a full service arrangement (including Breakfast and Dinner). This arrangement is ideal for team meetings, golf trips or cycling clubs. Please contact us for availability and more information.
